The company owner Herbert Effertz himself develops the products on his own. After his professional training and studies, combined with many years of experience in the machining and green industry, he has all the expertise needed to develop innovative products and revolutionize the market.

This was preceded by our product lines Conispoon®, Longlife and most recently tiny tine®. Through a lot of experience and foresight, we know exactly how to optimize and improve our products. Once a new idea has been developed, prototypes are built which are tested in field trials. After optimizations and final tests the products go into series production.

We are constantly developing our expertise through the use of innovative technologies. We have the ideal production technology for every tool, which allows for efficient production that meets all quality standards.

Our many years of experience and internal quality management allow us to maintain a high standard in our work at all times. Each product passes through several steps during the manufacturing process and is sorted by hand. Thus each tool is a unique piece which is carefully finished by hand.

Not only our product quality, but also our environment is very important for us. Our entire production hall as well as our office is powered exclusively by green electricity, which we obtain from our solar panels on our roof. In this way, we protect the planet and contribute our share to environmental protection. We also make every effort to reuse packaging materials such as cardboard boxes and produce our own filling material by shredding old newspapers. We dispose our metal shavings professionally. These are sent to the recycling process.

Within our company, constant quality control within individual production processes plays a central role.

Tools are taken from ongoing production at regular intervals and subjected to quality control inspections. All products are checked by longtime experienced and motivated employees and are stored and packed by hand according to our quality standards.
